Fancy Flapper Countdown Timer - Cavalry File

The main flapper rig does use PRO features (timeline counters) to drive the animation. However, the rig itself is created using non-pro features, so this file can still be useful for free users.

This file uses PRO features and features that were released in 1.4. If you get a warning about 'file created in a higher version', it should still work fine as long as you are on 1.4
